I work a 10 hour shift with just a cook and myself. I have to run drive thru and front counter and it makes people mad.

I would feel better making more per hour and having more staff on hand. They want to run a restaurant with just a cook and a manager. You can't do that.

They need to stop focusing on stringent metrics. They're driving the place into the ground by wanting to run 8% labor and a 98% drive thru. Also, holding food too long. Not being safe.
