More honesty, the job was not at all like the interview described, if i knew it would have been this awful i would have declined the offer

Streamline processes, organize a training routine thats hands on, making sure the employees feel comfortable in their rules. And less meetings so that allows more time on the salesfloor

Hands on training instead of being told just to read your workbook, additional help so theres not always the feeling of everythinh falling on you. The steering team has no real concept of what shopkeepers days are truly like, less meetings so we can spend time on our floors
