The environment is healthy to be in

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lot of animosity and uncertainty right now about company wide changes and this leads to a lot of speculation and complaining nearly every day. Would like to raise morale to be able to get back to work and not have to talk about these changes anymore.

Getting things done and making the store look amazing and inspiring for the customers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't seem to have a constructive plan for how to make our situation better. It seems like upper management is making reactionary decisions.
