The people are the best part of my job. IKEA has excellent benefits and truly strives to make work life balance valued. The only time people have difficulties is when they don't speak up, communicate, or take the time to work within their extensive given benefits.

Consider how the changes are affecting all of the coworkers.
There is a lot of animosity and uncertainty right now about company wide changes and this leads to a lot of speculation and complaining nearly every day. Would like to raise morale to be able to get back to work and not have to talk about these changes anymore.
