I can't pay my bills. I can't afford their cushy benefits because i get paid so little i can barely make rent.
Hired as a part-timer, but I worked consistently as a full-time 32+ hours employee, but they never promoted me to full-time so my benefits were minimal.

Teach managers leadership skills and maybe provide employees mentors.
First shift lead should not be approving time off for both shifts. It seems like they are showing favoritism towards their shift
remove middle managers and expect the market manager to enter act with all. back bone.
Hands on training instead of being told just to read your workbook, additional help so theres not always the feeling of everythinh falling on you. The steering team has no real concept of what shopkeepers days are truly like, less meetings so we can spend time on our floors
work could be repetitive and physically demanding
