Care about it's people more than their individual reputations. Too much blame is placed on folks at the bottom levels.

While we are a public company, at times it can feel like a start up environment as things are fast pace and keep changing.

While working remotely, management does stay close to employees. Through fitbit competitions and other ways, there are always non-work things to talk about with co-workers.
