Our health insurance is not accepted widely as it doctors / therapists find it difficult to work with. I've had to pay out of pocket and reduce visits to remain with a doctor I trust / know.

Be paid within the pay scale for the role. There is a big risk of people undervaluing themselves. Be open about what the role pay bracket is from first interview stage.

At one point i worked along side a person with the same title and they made $60,000 more than me. It was kept a huge secret because of how insane the gap is. I fit into a diversity bucket and felt the "D&I" messaging across the company was pure bull.

Its personal. We are in a pandemic. Just need to take a vacation but COVID is making it difficult to take a proper R&R. I can definitely take time off without a problem, though.
