Flexable and understanding. I feel like we all care about each other as humans

Everyone is kind to each other - sounds lame but i've worked in places that lack kindness and its not great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All team members are happy to share their expertise and help each other. I never feel like we are competitive with one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling of accomplishing things that directly impact our clients, and the business. Also our product helps to make the internet a better place!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is not accepted widely as it doctors / therapists find it difficult to work with. I've had to pay out of pocket and reduce visits to remain with a doctor I trust / know.
