I think people care deeply about the company. They are passionate about stability of the systems and our software development processes are world-class.

I would like to see stock compensation to be added to the overall package. Talking to other companies it seems that my overall compensation package can grow about 50% by moving.

This is a very collaborative environment. People are open to helping and are open for you to join in and help. I am also amazed by the technical expertise in this company.
