Anytime when I feel I can make a positive difference. When I feel the company wants to truly listen to my ideas and or engage my feedback.

Compensation is not my overarching reason for working at IPC. I believe we are close to making a difference to our markets and that gives me long term confidence in IPC and my career. I believe my compensation is fair.

Prior to Covid, different teams and individuals would regularly meet after work for events or just drinks. These informal relationships allowed us to interact in a much more efficient manner when under pressure, because we had started to build a personal as well as a professional bond.
