Low pay increment/no increment despite everyone working very hard and hitting the targets. With monetary compensation (reasonable pay increment and bonus) will definitely helps.

For some who only working normal hours, they even can get shift allowance, bonus or incentive to boost their morale. For some, its the same for many year without any change. Its best if the back support team can be provided the same value too.

Prior to Covid, different teams and individuals would regularly meet after work for events or just drinks. These informal relationships allowed us to interact in a much more efficient manner when under pressure, because we had started to build a personal as well as a professional bond.

Need some moral booster or recognition provided for low level people. Especially with a team that is not so many people in it. Its hard to try to gain recognition in a team always. And working with sales who is very busy, they won't have time to do all this recognition thing.
