Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

IPC strives to be a global company, so pay scales decided locally but increases not linked to local inflation, its per US standards. Salary benchmarking of compensation and adjustment as we well inflation linked increases to fix the gap.

Review from Customer Success Dept

There is no moral booster or recognition for people in a team like our function who is working as the back end support for sales. If its right, sales will be taking the recognition and also management level. If its otherwise, it goes to us.

Review from Sales Dept

understanding what the role is and being compensated for that.

having a market compensation rate for the role.

no i feel very valued. the compensation is based on location.

It's time to start increasing the annual salary increases in line with the cost of living or to at least soften the blow. As well as maintaining the opportunity for merit increases.

Review from Operations Dept

would like to get paid more

Review from Sales Dept

I think the salary should be higher, we are subject to overtime to compensate for a good salary, if there is no overtime there is no good salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

China market is growing very fast with the heavier and heavier workload. However, the salary is same as long time ago.

Review from Engineering Dept

A higher salary, because im being under paid

Review from Engineering Dept

Compared to market rate the salary is low since there have been limited increases recently despite significant demand for skilled employees in the sector.

Review from Engineering Dept

Die Kosten im täglichen Leben steige

Review from Communications Dept

better raises, or salary increases or bonus

Review from Engineering Dept

Peer compensation is higher at competitive company

Review from Engineering Dept

I understood that IPC does not pay high considering it supports the financial industry, so I knew that coming in. However with the economy not so great, things cost more and more. I love what i do, and am not looking to leave, just wish there was some way to increase the compensation slightly.

Review from Operations Dept

Company cut my pay by $15,000 of merits I fairly earned during my many years of service and then outsourced my employment.

Review from Operations Dept

would like a generous 401k matching

Review from Engineering Dept

Base salary not competitive. Higher base salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

salary rarely is increased, many get 0 or 1% raises that barely keep up with inflation, benefit costs go up each year

Review from Engineering Dept

This industry require lot of availability, after hours work and working EVERY WEEKEND without financial compensation or Bonus at the end of the year.
