What do you like best about the leadership team?
Over the years focus on internal communication has improved at CXO level. So you get to directly hear from your CEO/CFO, etc. Hope same will gradually trickle to each business group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IPC strives to be a global company, so pay scales decided locally but increases not linked to local inflation, its per US standards. Salary benchmarking of compensation and adjustment as we well inflation linked increases to fix the gap.
