My teams have a very open communication channel with each other which I think is key to our team's successes. We also support each other very well and I would like to believe that we are a results-oriented team.

I think it's the result-oriented nature of the company, where macro-managing is I believe more prevalent then micro-management. This kind of management I think empowers the employees to be more creative and productive which I think overall would be good to the company.
