The staff is very disorganized then judge the new hires for not knowing what to do, I was only there for a short time because I was told I took to long taking a test which my supervisor knew I had a issue with my computer but she let me go anyway.How fair is that. Iqor needs leadership training.

The training needs to be extended, more mock calls and better preparation.
