Johnny was flagship store entire staff gossiped and talked to each other while I was in there treating my shopping and requests for help like an interruption.
The online customer service is deplorable.

Spent over 4 years and witnessed a magical place turn into a cold unrecognizable company. They've recently made district manager titles and promoted the wrong people who care more about perceptions than reality. This company does not value its employees.
