What do you like best about the leadership team?
They Listen to employees wishes and suggestions and implement them when feasible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company needs to be more welcoming . The main office is very clubby with each other and they put a different set of rules for store employees. This does not bode well
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance was great. Working on commission was nice
Free wardrobe and low medical insurance cost
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low pay, not enough recognition for jobs well done. You are expected to take on more tasks without compensation ,
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are supportive of each ither.
Nice ladies just trying to keep a roof over their head and food on the table
They work hard and treat customers well

Some people are very nice
Respect for individual's experience and maturity
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This company is so focused on sales and opening new stores its clear the company has lost its way. Much more focused on appearances than paying attention internally. HR is a joke and ignores your emails. Customer service is nonexistent so youre always dealing with angry customers
