The benefits and ability to work overtime is good. Upgrades to facilities are good. Some managers are weak, indecisive, lack technical skills, and scared to deal with problem employees and workplace bullies ! LabCorp is understaffed. Upper management need to hire consultants and psychologists.

Management need to face the elephants in the room about low pay, bullies, and overworking employees. Management need refresher courses and maybe go to graduate school.

Co workers need to improve their attitude and communication skills. A lot of negative people, bullies, lazy people, mentally challenged co-workers, some abuse drugs so bad that you can get a contact just passing by them, and ignorant co-workers.We can work together by boosting morale and training.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The lab manager is nice but needs to address the negative culture and morale at the facility. It would be nice if they was a structured training program for managers and team leaders. We need a townhall meeting for our laboratory. Lazy and bully employees need to be dealt with and let go.
