Labcorp Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is very down to earth and personable.

Very strong leaders of influence

Review from Admin Dept

My manager that I had long before the company bought us. Otherwise on their behalf, this buy out was executed poorly. No thorough studying, just meaningless meetings

Their accomplishments and how they represent Labcorp!

Support and encouragement to pave the way for innovation and growth.

There is no leadership. You get thrown in, hopefully youre expierenced. Sink or swim

Leadership team is awful, its non existant. We gkt lucky and have a wknderful supervisor who is being ran into the ground and shes underpaid and works hardwr than anyone. Shocked she hasnt quit

They are open to new ideas and always listen.

Review from Admin Dept

I would rate them at a 8

Always willing to help and shows concern for the staff.

Review from Operations Dept

My direct supervisor is an awesome individual, very understanding and flexible

The leadership has its up and down, but for the most part, it has been good

I like my supervisor's leadership style. She always jumps in to help.

They don't follow through with anything they tell you. I have had my hopes up high twice now and let down twice to the point I'm now looking to move to a new company.

Autonomy provided instills trust relationship.

The less interactions I have with leadership the better most of the time.

The leadership team asks for input and creativity from others.

They always look to solutions for problems.

The executive leadership team is amazing and forward thinking.

Adapt different types of leadership to help the oragnization where it needs to be

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need training in leadership versus competing with subordinates. Some of them would clock in and would work only half day's worth. They need to be educated enough when it comes to work ethics, racism and bullying.

They need to get in touch with reality and look to see what the employees want/need and why there is so much turnover.

Respect of person. In a hethy manner

It didn't go unnoticed that the board members bought up a lot of company stock before voting for a dividends and giving themselves a bonus (which gave them 2 bonuses) at a time they suspended the 401K match and pay raises for employees.

Communication. Keeping morality up and creating a time to talk about problems that occur in office without being one sided because people are your friends.

Review from Operations Dept

Get out of the office and into the field

Leadership needs to gain more professionality and better communication skills.

Listen to employees. We are on the front lines and when we bring issues and problems up the chain, they are dropped to the waistside. For the work I've done, i'm not paid as "valued" as ive been called. Im not paid well, my manager doesnt listen, this isnt the company i signed up to work with.

Staff in leadership postions need more attention to detail.

Modern leadership that takes care of employees.

Organization, employee development, communication, honesty.

Working together to get patients in and out

Review from Customer Success Dept

Listening to ideas other than their own. Less meeting - lot of wasted time.

Paying competitive salaries in line with other companies

Not gossiping about fellow coworkers in front of the whole team.

Communication and talent recognition. More recognition of work life balance needed.

AUTOCRATIC, BULLYING, HIDING CRUELTY OF ANIMALS WHICH SHOULD GO REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES!

Review from Product Dept

Leadership needs to improve on everything. They could start by just doing their jobs. Pay employees what they are worth. Stop looking the other way on illegal activities. Do not encourage underhanded activities. Stop cowering and accepting bonuses while employees struggle and take pay cuts

Showing basic empathy to staff and stop mistaking them to be robots.

Quit their position and fall back to working at Mcdonalds or as a hotel cleaner.
