maybe trying to respect one another. perhaps working together. i can see that its not absurd for them to act the way they do.. their managers do not promote any of the such. so why would they.
No-one cares about the animals welfare which is horrendous cruelty, so let alone the humans, what does any of it matter?!

My coworkers act very highschool like, assuming before asking, as well as continued gossip and rumors. This is all started by the managment as well. I stay neutral and talk to everyone when talked to, but hostility can only be ignored for so long.

Co workers need to improve their attitude and communication skills. A lot of negative people, bullies, lazy people, mentally challenged co-workers, some abuse drugs so bad that you can get a contact just passing by them, and ignorant co-workers.We can work together by boosting morale and training.
Everyone needed to be better team players. No one in clinical wants to help each other.
Their attitudes. There are employees that have been there 10, 15+ years that have never had consequences for their actions so when someone new complains about unfair stuff management treats the new employee like they’re the problem instead of getting the other
