Hire enough staff to become fully staffed. Match workload to staffing levels. Adjust staffing level for increased workload. Pay employees a livable wage. Include benefits that actually cover something. Stop forcing employees to use LabCorp for medical needs.
There is a lot of unreported sexual harassment. People are afraid to speak out and protest because Labcorp management is expected to be vindictive.

I think they need to work and not be conversing about everyone that walks in and out of cytology. And I think family should not be allow to work in the same department especially when you have a mother as a lead and a daughter underneath her, even though they say she don't report to her mom.
