They get the work done

We care about each other as individuals and we're proud of the work that we do together. We help each other out when we're busy and I feel like they always have my back if and when I make a mistake. There is no blame.

Because management shifts priorities, teams are often lost in the transition and find the work they are focused on for a couple of months may completely shift.
