I already knew several employees at the restaurant so the manager(s) who interviewed me already had a positive image of me in their mind. I was hired on the spot.

They need to be more present and more willing to visit the tables and handle customer complaints. It would make the employees feel better if they would be more helpful when we need something.

I am paid $5.25 an hour and I tip out AT LEAST 4% of my sales. It would be helpful if we didn't have 2 hours of sidework at the end of the night, while I'm only making $5.25 an hour during that time and not making any tips. I would feel better if we made $10 per hour while doing sidework.
