I value the respect our managers show when the Regional Manager visits. His presence brings a reassuring sense of structure and accountability, and operations run more smoothly during and shortly after his visits.
Dedication and hard working sacrifices
Approachable and nice enough but communication could use work
we be doing the best stuff there is to do
Too new to know more
Its like a real family
They do an amazing job leading and contributing
Managers place guests experience first and strive to offer as amazing service as possible under Landry's corporate oversight.
Chef was good to work for.
Great communication skills, always reliable.
All the managers know what they doing
Most direct managers in store were awesome. Pressure from the higher ups made them stressed and overworked. Horrible culture
They show up to work
Extremely willijg to listen, no action taken on provlems brought to their attention
I believe I am amongst the leaders of my location and feel like the managers do listen and give their fair share of interests of its employees, but there are flaws I see as well.
Sliw to approve new projects
With the time that I've been with the company, the management team has seemed very driven and determined to make it a profitable and efficient experience for both employees and guests alike.
Attention to the details and openess
The time taken out to ensure training is done properly
More fairness towards employees & providing more benefits and rewards
too many things to mention here, communication, maturity
Treating people with respect and knowing how much product to order.
Taking complaints serious and not choosing favorites.
A new gm and front if the house manager
General manager either needs to fire his girlfriend or resign
Not bullying employees, making an effort to to provide tools for success. And not touching their employees inapropriatly
Review from Sales Dept
Follow through, not being biased, not choosing favorites who they let get away with everything. Management would only crack down if it meant they could be the ones in trouble. If not, they would turn a blind eye to everything. The gm was extremely petty and childish. Taking things out on workers.
Review from Sales Dept
Being leaders, people skills, putting their access in their places
Leading. Respect. Accountability. Showing up for their team. Listening to their team. Follow through- empty promises are their number one skill. Training new staff.
Supporting managers in running operations
Communication and support from each other
Everything. They have no idea how to run a business
You need to let the staff work. Cutting everyones hours in half is no way to keep staff! And managers shouldnt have to so the work of staff juat to make labor look good!
Showing any sort of compassion towards subordinates.
Everything, compassion towards new employees
Because the geberal manager dosnt care about their employes, only his favorites ones. He discover that one employee was stealing and did nothing, one day he asked my to close her check when was to many avoids in that and that will be apoear in my name, I refuced and he gets mad.
Care about the people that work for you
Being fair with hours and commitement
Being flexible and hiring people
What leadership team? Haven't heard of any leadership. Only bosses bossing people around. Breaking spirits
