- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The team we have huilt in each other. Servers and bartenders are one. We even do well with back of the house staff. We disagree a lot but we support each other for the most part
- What do you like best about the leadership team?I value the respect our managers show when the Regional Manager visits. His presence brings a reassuring sense of structure and accountability, and operations run more smoothly during and shortly after his visits.
