Landry's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Best part of my comp is time off. PTO

Havent been able to use the benefits yet but look forward to using them

We get PTO, get to have a say in our schedule.

I have not signed up for Landrys or Golden Nuggets package.

Very helpful and an amazing package

Its fine but if we have and inssurance of any kind it would help us.

The discount program honestly saves me hundreds of dollars every month because I do go out to eat often. Landry's has some of my favorite restaurants to eat at.

Health, and Vision, and Dental

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay me for my professional work performance instead of the hourly rate and i promise you my teammates and I will perform and complete tasks that would normally require three extra employees in addition to each one of us to carry out and complete in one day. Also, each employee presenting a false cla

I feel undervalued do to HR not responding to urgent complaints and matters in the work place

Gm pay me the 97 he owes me for messing up my ticket with gift cards

They dont treat the feont of house good. We are low on thw totem pole. Back of house is held to a different standard. They can get away with anything. We can wven bring a purse into work.

Review from Sales Dept

I would show up early every shift and do what was told of me or even things that i wasnt asked to do, i would do them because things needed attention. I had to call out with plenty of time before my shift and management treated me unfairly when i returned.

Review from Sales Dept

no medical insurance offer at any point, but nothing can compensate the lack of respect coming from managment team GM included

Meet with the hrly employees to determine levels of satisfaction in their jobs and with their mgmt teams

Better and higher consistant pay.

A fair tipping system for front of house

We were expected to wash dishes amd clean washrooms which I felt was not very sanitary washing dishes and cooking at the same time. Yes washrooms were done at the end of the night but I've never worked anywhere where the cooks were expected to clean the washrooms. I feel management could do better.

Better structure in salary breakdown

If I had a compitent GM that knows how to manage a restaurant. All employees hate him. Ive asked everyone. Its quite embarrassing.

If my managers actually cared about us,

Look from the bottom up and you’ll realize real quick how miserable it is to work for a landrys conce

I'm not sure what you mean by compensation. But, no healthcare, no paid leaves, no holiday pay. We used to have contests and prizes. Gone since COVID.

I am paid $5.25 an hour and I tip out AT LEAST 4% of my sales. It would be helpful if we didn't have 2 hours of sidework at the end of the night, while I'm only making $5.25 an hour during that time and not making any tips. I would feel better if we made $10 per hour while doing sidework.

Review from Operations Dept

Regular feedback from my management team, I have received more than 30 compliments and they never have posted one of them, for them to absolutely actually observe my performance instead of listening to other servers that don't like how hard I work talk about me

I would appreciate my tips being given to me in full and not having to claim money i am not making.

Yes. I most definitely feel undervalued and under appreciated

No time paid off and when it was 35+hrs ea week which never happened due to winter hours What would make it better is hiring actual workers not lazy over paid fill ins
