Havent been able to use the benefits yet but look forward to using them

They dont treat the feont of house good. We are low on thw totem pole. Back of house is held to a different standard. They can get away with anything. We can wven bring a purse into work.

The team we have huilt in each other. Servers and bartenders are one. We even do well with back of the house staff. We disagree a lot but we support each other for the most part
