The management is overpaid and greatest under qualified, I'm supposed to be a full time employee but I get my hours cut by half almost every week.. I explained to Chef Francisco that I can't survive on my current income...Chef Paris is also over paid and under qualified... The worst experience ever.

Don't lie about everything you promised me...and string me along for 10 months
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are beautiful... from all over the world, loved the experience of meeting a great deal of the front of house... great people big hearts... they love to take advantage of... just sad...
