Landry's Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

the other servers I work with

I feel like family when i worked for them

My coworkers are Smart, loyal, trustworthy

My immediate team is like a family.

Review from Customer Success Dept

We help and look out for one another. We have each other's back respectful and hard working.

Review from Operations Dept

More than just a work family we have turned into more of a real family

We all get along and are comfortable with each other

We treat eat other like family and pull together as a team

As exployees we are very good at helping one another out with running food. Seating customers if host isnt present..etc

Some people are great there

Co workers, thats about it

cant think of one at the moment

Enjoy learning from them all

Work hard and get food out on time

My team is comprised of about 30% hard workers and the remaining 70% are just looking for a paycheck. While the hard workers keep the place afloat, I would expect that management might try to hire quality over quantity at some point.

My coworkers were fantastic and even with my social disabilities made me feel comfortable and I dare say confident in my ability to perform as a chef. My coworker were fantastic but management is so bad I am filing a lawsuit over my termination

We can Help each other out.

Somo managers care about us, others dosnt care what is or not the best to us.

energetic, understanding, helpful, productive, ambitious

All team players and prideful.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Treat everyone the same .

Team work and accountablity. Everyone was lazy and allowed to get away with it

Review from Sales Dept

My going against the man

They need quality leadership in place

Everything / they are lazy and refuse to clean up there station

Positivity. Leadership. Respect. Professionalism. Communication.

Stop gossiping, micromanaging, belittling, retaliating to name a few

Servers carrying food half as much as they text

Helping each other out being kind to one another . Help customers that are not your table . Washing hands . Talking positive about each other . Leave home at home

Learning to leave home and beliefs at home

Spend more energy focusing on the positives and what can be done instead of negativity and what hasn’t or isn’t being done

Review from Operations Dept

No one works together there.

professionalism. need to get better people overall

Be more friendly instead of having a cut throat try to rise to the top mentality.

Meetings. Actual management , if someone would care about the guests and food..
