Making a guest happy with their choice in staying with us

The staff and the love they show me

being allowed to do my job

keep busy at all times

Making sure my customers are pleased with my services

Being able to communicate with coworkers and guests

Being busy and engaging with my guests

My associates make me happy and the interaction with people

The ability to help everyone around me

when I have a guest that enjoys my life experiences in hospitality and I hit the mark

Almost everybody at work is happy to show up everyday as well as enthusiastic to work together; which makes teambuilding easy.

Just showing up and doing my passion I love cooking

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Food quality , and atmosphere

management needs to treat everyone equal & more appreciative

Better management. We have a few good ones

Review from Sales Dept

Things are too outdated. The managers mindset is outdated

Review from Sales Dept

Greed. And that can't be fixed. The top just wants more and more while the bottom can barely pay their bills

Bad management at McCormick and Schmick in Anaheim

When your general manager start sleeping with the staff, it's a problem

People leave and never come back sometimes because of the lack of any hospitality engrained in this company

I am being alienated by the staff and the management crew I can feel them wanting to fire me but they don't have any good reason yet so they're just waiting for 1 to show up

There needs to be less care for profit and more for quality.

Its now become a grungy place due to short staff /lazy attitudes

menu and pricing no promotions

Management negativity is a lot to deal with

Review from Operations Dept

Executive management management a going to run this once beautiful company into the ground. They thing finances can fix all the problems but the face that dirty rotten culture of theirs is going to run them into the ground.

everything is going wrong nothing can be improved.

The food preparation is terrible. We always run out of the most favorite items. The prices are high.

Perhaps reward the employees who have been here through thick and thin. Also to increase the incentives for hiring new workers during these trying times. Any attempt to do so has been pathetic.

I get lied on knowingly with proof it's a lie now twice in 2 months. I just want myself and the GM investigated. Show which of us is actually tearing the team and environment down. I'm a 6 year vet and am ready to let this woman run this store into the ground

Review from Operations Dept
