I enjoyed Legacy I started working there 10 years ago. The culture has changed dramatically in the last 3-5 years. Leaders who were good have mostly all left or are in the process of leaving. I can’t recommend Legacy as a place to work or receive care any longer because of these negative change

Transparency, communication, removal of dead weight. Legacy culture promotes those with the least leadership ability and it shows. Leadership does not understand cause and effect on a basic level.

The good things about my team have left. The director is operating as the manager because the manager has gone and he micromanages and is erratic. The positive coworkers have already left or are actively looking for other jobs
