What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and commitment to the hospital
Our manager cares and takes the time to check on his people. He is supportive and flexible. He is a good listener.
Committed to patient care but not always energetic
My direct leadership team is transparent and focused on staff and patient safety.
management on my unit is fantastic. i think they genuinely care about us and work very hard. They have all worked a ton on the unit as staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding patient care. Listen to those providing direct care.
Actually listening to the needs of direct care staff.
Supporting nurses and other frontline workers and listening to their valid complaints about nurse to patient rations and patient safety.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount that Legacy contributes.
Pay is fair for my job title. This is not true for others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My benefits have become more expensive and with less coverage.
As always the upper crust absorbs all the needs the majority neeeeds to be successful and happy with meeting the abundant amount of patients we have coming to us and needing more from us not LESS as upppercrust takes from us...
No raises, almost no bonus ever, education and other benefits constantly get reduced
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all dedicated to being the best at what we do
My direct coworkers are amazing. They care. They take their job seriously. They are true teammates. They follow the policies! They are kind and considerate and compassionate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendly nurse of my coworkers and their dedication their patients
Ironically, two of the best managers of my career, but management above them is hopeless.
Again depending on site, my favorite location is very team oriented. I feel supported and valued.
We work really hard to help highly vulnerable patients.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency, communication, removal of dead weight. Legacy culture promotes those with the least leadership ability and it shows. Leadership does not understand cause and effect on a basic level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Upcoming, friendly, efficient and encouraging
Very straight forward and simple.
Focused, comfortable and a lot of information sharing.
Actually took the time to see the whole package and decide according to my ability and desire
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too slow. It takes weeks for them to get back to applicants.

Being able to help my patience and seeing them happy and well
