The only struggle i have with my current employment is the notion that there is absolutely no advancement for me and when I propose new ideas that I am passionate about and would like to move forward with I met with interest but road blocks.

I like the fact that i trust their ethics because they interact with us and are quite transparent.

They are all very good people; we just differ as humans. I do not believe they need to change; its simply that not all people constantly enjoy one another all of the time. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.
