What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are all very good people; we just differ as humans. I do not believe they need to change; its simply that not all people constantly enjoy one another all of the time. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.

The ability to help people to save their life from addiction is a team effort. It is amazing to see how hard everyone works to get people into recovery.
