What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible hours, ability to work at home, treat as professional and don't micro manage, trust that we are all doing our jobs and have the best interest of clients in mind, emphasize self care of clinicians

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is little to no diversity and the atmosphere of the company is not the same. It seems that with every raise there is more work some being unnecessary and not the opinion of those that are actually doing the work.

Seeing my clients grow and change and improve, find their purpose, believe that recovery is possible for them.
