I don't feel undervalued I just feel that there should be perks and assistance when it comes to creating better compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hate being here now it seems like it just works and on top of work and that there is no real concern for certain workers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is little to no diversity and the atmosphere of the company is not the same. It seems that with every raise there is more work some being unnecessary and not the opinion of those that are actually doing the work.
