What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership owns their mistakes and that trickles down. For the most part, everyone is on the same page. This allows us to help where we have strengths and ask for help where we have weaknesses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good when you look at the workload and the expectations and compare them to other roles that are similar. The rest of the comp package is pretty normal. But I hear they are working on new ideas and perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone that works here does so with a mission of making an impact. It allows us to be open and vulnerable and know that we will be met with compassion and understanding. The team is really unique and the best part of the company.
