I feel the on-call system does not compensate for the "down-time" when I have to stay on alert with out doing any other personal or company activity. When I spend three hours this way, I am paid only $6.33/hour.

There hasn't been raises for this year but new hires are getting a substantial signing bonus. It's frustrating because those of us who stayed on during the layoffs/instability aren't getting benefits.

Positions are created out of the blue for people who are liked-others don't have the chance to interview for the positions. People who do well or have longevity with the company don't get recognized. Lack of consistency among supervisors relative to paperwork standards.
