I am very pleased with my experience at Lionrock. I've been recognized for my strengths and challenged in my weaknesses. I feel appreciated and I enjoy working with my colleagues. My biggest gripe is that we are in dire need of revamping our PTO.

I work with very qualified colleagues who are usually easy to talk to and work collaboratively with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is one that strives to be better but also prizes employees work-life balance. I really love that about this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued by Lionrock. I think my biggest feedback would be to revamp our PTO. Our work is very meaningful and valuable but also remarkably taxing and 10 days for sick/vacation isn't enough.
