The hiring managers kept forgetting my name.
Being an employee at Lithia Motors HQ simply isn't worth it. Poor managers, poor processes, poor pay, and poor benefits.
Company culture needs to attract high-performance individuals. Currently, working at corporate HQ in two different departments has been my worst work experience ever.
Higher up managers need to micro manage supervisors and there seems to be little or no direction when it comes to actual leadership.
Lithia motors does not take individual experience or skills into consideration. All processes are dictated by managers, even if they don't have the technical skills or experience to address them. This can lead to poor project implementations (workday) to tracking store staffing levels by phone.
