This entire service department is slow, unsteady, lazy, hardly interacting with their customers, the service manager takes no consideration into any of that and the gm shows now action of making it better!

Better training better leader ship through management better hiring. Instead of hiring the dregs of society they should go out and actually try to find people that are halfway intelligent.

Company culture needs to attract high-performance individuals. Currently, working at corporate HQ in two different departments has been my worst work experience ever.
Nepotism needs to managed by HR to make sure qualified indivials are being hired. Higher level managers need to be aware of this as well.
