The conern for eachothers overall menatl and physcial health . They make it known that family comes first and Lithia has your back.

The parts department is extremely negative and dificult to work with. Service is great and techs are wonderful.

Transparency is not a Lithia value. They need to value loyalty and commitment to the company like Sid did.

managment needs to treat employess like actual flesh and blood people

This entire service department is slow, unsteady, lazy, hardly interacting with their customers, the service manager takes no consideration into any of that and the gm shows now action of making it better!

Less greedy pushy service advisors and management

Better training better leader ship through management better hiring. Instead of hiring the dregs of society they should go out and actually try to find people that are halfway intelligent.

A company that actually values their workers. Lithia does not

Smarter managers that know how to inspire and train. Very little effort done to train.

Company culture needs to attract high-performance individuals. Currently, working at corporate HQ in two different departments has been my worst work experience ever.

Nepotism needs to managed by HR to make sure qualified indivials are being hired. Higher level managers need to be aware of this as well.
