What did you like most about the interview process?What I liked most about the interview process was that everything seemed straightforward and clear at the time. However, the reality of the job has not fully matched what was presented.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to focus on creating a fair, supportive environment. Holding everyone accountable consistently, setting realistic expectations, and fostering open, respectful communication would greatly improve the workplace culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually understanfing their employees and identifying with them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The pay plans need to be restructered, the managers need training on how to manage people, the staff needs to be more welcoming to each other and new employees, and training needs major improvement.
