How hard is it to get promoted at Lithia Motors?
From hearsay at the corporate office, turnover keeps positions higher up open more frequently. At the dealership level, there is no advancement. They hire management from outside of the dealership. If you are a woman your chances of being promoted is slim to none. Big egos are rampant in the industry so if you are a strong & intelligent woman you will be faced with struggles.
