Good work environment some of the technology could use streamlining and some task need to be updated
I love CarMax it used to be a great company to work for they used to really care about their employees. But a lot of people took advantage of that and I wish they didn't, because now it seems to be a company to get you to your next company people are afraid for their careers!
They have legitimately created a true user friendly no haggle pricing culture, where all of the staff seems to enjoy helping each other make sure your car buying experience is as stress free and easy as possible

the corporate should carefully listen to all associate's concerns and eliminate all those bad managers that are greedy and disrespectful

they are scared about managers, and afraid to raise any concerns because the managers will fire them if the concerns are about them or not
What does the leadership team at CarMax need to get better at?
the leadership is so horrible that it should not be there, it's all about greedy corporate and greedy managers, treats employees like crap!
