How employees describe working at Penske Automotive Group

Too much gossip and cliquey behavior. Unprofessional lead. Very little respect for one's working schedule and constant demand of more and more. You're mobbed and given the silent treatment if you don't bend over backwards and constantly stay late all the time. Too much pass for unprofessionalism.

Absolutley horrendous. They dont care about you or your family. Just money and annoying your clients

NEVER allow Porsche of Tyson Corners to set up delivery of a vehicle via a carrier. There is no follow up, sent on wrong type of carrier, and major overcharge.

  • The people are great. The bosses are not sensible as they have been desensitized after many years laboring there from the bottom up.

  • Once a month, the office has a lunch provided. Early days were also pretty awesome. I loved my co-workers but most of the managers were on a power trip.

Asked to all employees at Penske Automotive Group

  • Very because you receive tasks with little training and they say they provide training but it is minimal at best. You need to step up to the plate at a moment's notice and you are reprimanded if you don't do things well even though you express concern and have questions. You are quickly directed to the manual. You are always told please ask questions we are here to help but if you ask a question you are told didn't you see this in the manual?

  • The only challenge was trying to do the work of 3 people in 40 hours, knowing I would get screamed at if any mistakes were made and it wasn't all accomplished in a timely manner.

  • If you are in the office, I don't see an issue with it. If you are in sales, it would be a lot more difficult.

Asked to all employees at Penske Automotive Group

  • It was terrible. I dreaded the interactions with my manager as she was micromanaging and her way or the highway./ No room for feedback or changing things.

  • I'm happier now that I don't have to go there every day. The stress used to eat at me, knowing you were going in and if your manager had a bad day, it was flowing straight into your lap.
