What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they tell me that they care about my family, they mean it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Transparency for one, everything is a secret and hidden.
Communication is poor the strategy is not clear and engagement is not a priority
Giving employees constructive criticism and feedback to enable them to perform.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They help with our insurance deductible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What you do is never enough and they always want more with the expectation of staying late all the time. Lots of social exclusion.
I feel undervalued because the company shows little concern or respect for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have the friend/family feel, but quickly getting destroyed
We work best when we work all together,
Everyone has a tremendous work ethic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have the professionals be leads and training and address the high school Mean Girl behavior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family environment is absolutely second to none.
It's kept organized and ran efficiently.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be more inclusive to men and LGBTQ+ folks, not just cishet women who are married with children.
Allow employees to support each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its easy and mostly straightforward.
Service manager was nice and knowledgable
The role sounded great but the reality on hire was that it was alot of over promise and under deliver
The common goal to be part of a team to strive to constantly make the people and company better.
I liked the whole process with my manager and the HR team.

Takes 45 days to get hired

I'm extremely blessed so I don't feel like I'm working.
