Too much gossip and cliquey behavior. Unprofessional lead. Very little respect for one's working schedule and constant demand of more and more. You're mobbed and given the silent treatment if you don't bend over backwards and constantly stay late all the time. Too much pass for unprofessionalism.

What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Penske Automotive Group?

Papa Penske? People are scared to death of him. But he always seemed like a nice guy who wants those in his company to work as hard as he does.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Penske Automotive Group?
That their office employees are treated like garbage unless you happen to make it into the "click".
What unique perks and benefits does Penske Automotive Group provide?
We were offered additional insurance that we could purchase, to cover cancer and other medical issues. On fridays the office has two groups that alternate "early days". You can come in an hour and a half early and leave an hour and a half early on your friday. However, if you need a friday off, it has to be one of your early fridays.
What's the office layout like at Penske Automotive Group?
The dealerships were nice, the office is well maintained, but has a call center feel.

The place I worked for had little to no diversity.

The dealership that I worked for, morale was not very high. They over work their employees and have no problem screaming at you in front of other employees, if one of the million reports, has a tiny mistake.

I feel undervalued because the company shows little concern or respect for employees.
