Extreamly low pay, bonus structure is not designed to benifit the employees rather allows the company to retain most of the sales bonus. hours are not condusive for a life outside of work. Plaxe runs like a car sweatshop.

Terrible service , they look for every excuse not to honor a legit claim on there max care warranty . Will never reccomend.
It has been very rocky. Upper management is questionable at times and they do not treat everyone fair.
