Lithia Motors Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It covered more than I expected it to during my hospitalization.

Review from Admin Dept

They are good to us

The healthcare package is the best i have had

The medical benefits are good

Competitive total rewards: stable and consistent pay, bonus opportunities, several retirement options, and cafeteria style benefits plan.

The Employee Purchase Program, where you can buy stock at a 15% discount.

Review from HR Dept

Vacation time off is all I look forward to anymore

The paycheck that i earn

401k returns on investments pay well

Review from Sales Dept

Stock options, its frequency and value of stocks

Great Medical and Stock options

Review from Operations Dept

it is paid on and for performance.

Review from Sales Dept

everything that they have to offer

Full benefits including profit sharing.

Employee match is the best part

Review from HR Dept

The insurance is a great plan.

LITHIA IS A GREAT COMPANY

Review from Finance Dept

Great pay plan, but i have to go back and check it every single month to make sure i was paid all of it, because every single month my GM would intentionally short my pay to try to raise their pay.

Stock options and dentsl plan

Stocks and affordable health coverage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

pay what I really make my last check was short $2000.00 a bonus I earn

Review from Sales Dept

They only care about management

The corporation needs to pay the employees for all the hours they work. Employees need to divide hours worked by there gross wages they will find that they work for less then a fast food employee.

Review from Admin Dept

Wittnessing record profits as many low income people are fired, and our pay has been cut over 60% is empirically verifiable evidence that employees are not viewed as human beings. There are no feelings in this. These are facts and the facts reveal a CEO who cares nothing about people

I feel like am not being paid enough hourly for the work I do. I have no intention of doing any other work besides what I was orginally hired for. I hope to get pay raise for compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because I accepted the longer schedules and studied the required courses to achieve certifications status and have not received praise or pay increase.

Management treat employees very bad

Consistent pay for both genders

I can't even seem to go to work every day and do my job without somebody messing with me I'm doing exactly what I'm told yet I'm still getting warnings and having to do paperwork and meetings for stuff that I was told to do but now they're saying it's wrong

look at the cost of living and pay accordingly, get a managment team that can actually hire people with experience. stop making the same people do constant warranty

Yes under appreciated all the time

Review from Operations Dept

20 dollars an hour, free healthcare

A non fluctuating pay plan, that i dont have to sign at the beginningnof the month, specialty vehicles with a markup shouldnt be immediatley dwindled to a 1000$ commision, if the dealership is grossing ipward of 50000. Managers that understand life outside of this dealership exists

Review from Sales Dept

More pay more training more respect and more professionalism from the management team

Fairer pay, treated with a modicom of respect.

We are asked to do too many jobs that most dealerships hire other people to do. We are sales, lot attendants, car washers and gas fillers.

Lithia motors does not take individual experience or skills into consideration. All processes are dictated by managers, even if they don't have the technical skills or experience to address them. This can lead to poor project implementations (workday) to tracking store staffing levels by phone.

Lack of pay, Overworked, Poor Processes with managers not taking team comments into consideration.

Noone listens and problems go unsolvdd

Review from Sales Dept

They won't pay my commission and are ignoring me.
