They can start by hiring more intelligent workers. I worked with a number of people that have been to prison and for some reason this was very acceptable at the store that I worked at. At times I was embarrassed to be working with some of the people that they hired.
Calmly talking about problems grtting to the bottom of things before making usumptions and getting others in trouble without having the full story.
